Request the Addition of a Tribute

To request the addition of a veteran tribute for yourself, a friend, or a family member, please e-mail the following information to
info@veterantributes.org:

The Veteran's Full Name, Branch of Service, Dates of Service, a brief biography, a complete list of all medals & ribbons with devices (oak leaf clusters, service stars, etc), and a good quality photograph of the veteran in uniform.  I will verify the information and will put the veteran on my list of tributes to be made.
